Dr. Vishal leads all orthopaedic services at Maxcare — fracture and trauma care, joint replacement, arthroscopy, spine care and sports injuries. His consulting style is famously unhurried: examine thoroughly, explain in plain Marathi or Hindi, and exhaust conservative options before recommending surgery.
He operates in Maxcare's modular OT equipped with all modern equipment — anaesthesia workstation, monitors and C-arm imaging — and personally follows up every surgical patient through recovery and physiotherapy.

Dr. Smita Mundhe
BDS — Dental Surgery
Dr. Smita leads the dental wing — root canals, implants, braces, cosmetic dentistry and full-mouth rehabilitation, alongside the routine cleanings and fillings that keep families out of trouble. Children who were terrified of dentists ask their parents when they can come back.
Her dental suite runs modern chairs, RVG digital imaging, an intraoral camera and rotary endodontics — which is why most root canals at Maxcare finish in a single, painless visit.
